The sales, marketing and IT departments of TRW Automotive Aftermarket Europe required their existing e-commerce solution EOS (Electronic Online Services) to be redesigned to reflect global TRW corporate identity standards. Working in conjunction with Aftermarket’s sales & marketing team in Neuwied, Germany, and TRW’s web director in Michigan, USA, Inceptive was able to take the existing web guidelines and produce a design that reflected the business’s requirements for a dynamic and visually arresting site.
The Inceptive team was also on board to provide help and guidance to deliver the requirement to transform the site from an e-commerce solution into the focal point for the web presence of TRW Automotive Aftermarket Europe.
The site was relaunched at a major European automotive industry show, in October 2003.
